The candidate should have in-depth knowledge about Creating Product Title, Description, Bullet Points, Keywords Research, managing claims, Applying Coupons, Deals Discount, Managing Inventory, Creating General & A+ Listings, Brand Stores, A to Z claims, Running Advertising and Campaigns both Manual and Automatic. Brand Ungazing , Brand Gating, GTIN Exemption, Drafting Plan of action for a suspended account, Reinstatement of Blocked ASIN, Dealing in Day-to-Day business operation, FBA Shipment Creation, FBA Removal for Unsold Stock, Various Kind of Reports (Inventory, Sales, Business, Sales, FBA, campaigning etc.) managing clients call and helping clients by providing best and fast resolutions.

E-commerce Seller Account & Content Management – Manage all aspects of Amazon seller central, Flipkart, Mesho Etc., End to End process in handling E-commerce Seller Account Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Meesho, and All other Channel Seller Accounts), Updating and maintaining product information, descriptions, images, and prices on the e-commerce platform, Ensure accuracy and consistency of content across all product listings and MIS closing and data statement preparation, Preparation of Products Uploading in Excel Sheet and presentation of various reports and enabling the management to corrective action reporting of variance, Should be an expert in EXCEL and handle large volume of data, analytical, business & system, Data Entry Operator for Amazon & Flipkart, Creating and handling purchase orders via e-commerce websites such as amazon,
Online Store Operations: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s online store. This includes tasks such as product catalog management, inventory monitoring, order processing, and fulfillment. Monitoring of COD orders and contacting customers to confirm COD orders. Ensure orders pick up/ deliver on time. Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customers’ orders across eCommerce platforms & marketplaces (Amazon, filipkart and etc.) . Tracking undelivered Orders and coordinating customers to ensure delivery and day-to-day operational issues related to the marketplaces.
Generating Sales: Responsible for generating sales from marketplaces like Amazon, flipkart, promotions, discounts, Managing the marketing budget and the cost of paid advertising campaigns/sponsored ads on marketplaces like Amazon & flipkart, Strategising and implementing the plan of action for the month-on-month growth in sales form the existing market places, Assist in the day-to-day management of strategy, implementation and monitoring, Managing & growing sales on Indian & international E-commerce sites.
Social Media Accounts Handling:- Need to manage Social Media Accounts and Postings.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via various communication channels, such as email, live chat, or phone. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Competitive Research: Conduct research on competitors’ ecommerce strategies, pricing, product offerings, and promotional activities. Provide insights and recommendations to support the development of competitive strategies.
Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring the accuracy and quality of product listings, including checking for errors, broken links, and missing information. Perform regular website testing and provide feedback to the development team.
Monitor & manage inventory: Monitor & manage inventory levels to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast. Manage Inventory/Stock of Products which is being sold from our Platform.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of e-commerce efforts. Support team members in achieving e-commerce goals, Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure top-notch product offerings, pricing, etc.
MIS & Others: Preparation and presentation of monthly MIS reports, quarterly reports, and financial statements both monthly & quarterly, Generating expense reports, Maintaining MIS /Reports, and any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties assigned by management. Occasionally
