• Creating custom Shopify apps and plugins to add functionality to the website.
• Integrating third-party apps and services, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and marketing tools, with the Shopify platform.
• Configuring and optimizing the websites performance and SEO.
• Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to clients.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development.
• Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the Shopify development process.
• Developing and implementing testing plans to ensure the quality of code and features.
• Continuously improving the performance, security, and scalability of Shopify websites.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of coding standards.
• Handling the development of the website. Handling the tech side of the business and coordinating with the Team/client.

• Should have hands-on experience in WordPress & HOOKS concepts.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & de-facto standard plugins.
• Knowledge of Customization of themes & plugins
• Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level.
• Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Shopify development, with a portfolio of successful Shopify projects.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with Shopifys Liquid templating language and the Shopify App CLI.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO optimization for e-commerce websites.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and experience with making websites accessible.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git and GitHub
